Delivery and Returns

Many of our items are handmade to order so do allow up to two weeks for delivery.
As we are launching our range, we are currently offering free shipping to all UK addresses.
International shipping will incur a small additional cost so do enquire before making an order.
 
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your product, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange it for you. All items must be returned unworn and with all ticketing still attached. Posting and packaging costs for exchanges will need to be covered by yourselves.
For any faulty items returned to us, we will of course exchange free of charge or refund the product. You will need to inform us of the fault within 21 days of the order placement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange personalised products.
